It’s interesting that after four years of a president routinely making personal attacks against reporters, saying one is a “pain in the neck” is now too far. I’m guessing the excuse will be “they didn’t treat him fairly, so they deserved it.”

He was talking about about Mrs. Brown a young woman living with disability who spoke before him during the event (the event was about passing of the American with disability act) he was asking her were her mom was so she could stand up and be applauded. Mrs. Brown spoke about how the government grant program funded by the ADA help her and her mother she also said hi to her at the start of her speech which is likely why Biden though she was present.
