Good account. RAM/RAS is good until your adversary designs conops and technological innovations against it. I like your f35 illuminator scenario in this context. Most LO designs are optimized to beat monostatic radars. Throw that design into a bistatic threat scenario and the results will not be as stealthy as the LO designers planned. So the F35s and the F15s need to see the targets at different angles… 20+ degrees or so if I had to guess.
Just my opinion.
It will take him a while to understand which side is which.
