Although judging by initial reports Hamas did this fairly strategically. Of course they went all out with war crimes immediately; their usual MO. But the planning was pretty good on their part. They usually just fling rockets and hope for the best. This time they attempted a combined arms offensive. In other words, the barbarians are learning.

The right is a big tent.
Unlike the left, with their practice of squashing dissenting views and dissenting speech we on the right truly do value diverse viewpoints.

Some righties think the US should aid and assist any militarily-significant democracy who wants to be our friend.

Others of us think Israel was “yesterday’s friend” useful during the Cold War and during the War on Terror, but now as useless to us as Congo or Zaire.

Still a third group of righties thinks the US should butt-out of world affairs altogether. We don’t need allies. We don’t need to play chess, heck we don’t even need any boats or planes with a range of more than a few hundred miles

We on the right are respectful of diverse views and some of us even find a diversity of views is necessary or even beautiful.
