The constant giggling and inappropriate outbursts of bizzare laughter. She appears to be a nervous wreck dingbat, suffering from serious anxiety issues. The maniacal laughter looks like something from the psyche ward. This lady is not well. Don’t you wish they would not have pre- selected her for you dems?

When you don’t have an answer or the IQ to figure out the answer to a serious problem, then cackle freely. That is the Kamala way.
