I suspect the illegal amounts in 2023 were a lot more than 2024, as Biden started returning to some of Trumps policies at the border as we neared the election. Besides, not sure those amounts of immigrants listed for 2024 include the tps numbers which, while nominally not immigrants, were certainly intended to be de facto immigrants, as historically they are never actually returned to their own country.
