No they aren’t, they are directly atrriubutable to the parents and kids of each successive generation.

Those that choose the right path can succeed at the same rates as anyone else of any other race who makes the same choices.

Those necessary choices are universal.

Almost universally it is their bad behavior and attitude and it affects them in exactly the same way it affects kids of all other races who act in a similar fashion.

Um, no. My clients do.

My license and my insurance.

There’s really no way to know. I’d rather not take the chance.

Felons, addicts and Alcoholics are only “recovered” until they aren’t and they are just one bad choice or one stressful day from falling back into the abyss.

And universally this line of thinking has been used as a reason to not give black people the freedoms they deserve.

The people I hire represent the company. My standards, my choice.

They have all of the same freedoms I have. How they choose to use that is up to them.

All things are relative. In my.neck of the woods outside of S.F. three bedrooms and two baths on a suburban lot often run to a million plus.

I did.
If you have something to say, say it.

I understand you believe this to be true, because you deny the reality of racism in the USA, and the globe for that matter.

We disagree. No more needs to be said.

Fundamental attribution error.

82.3% of black Americans do not live in poverty. It is therefore impossible for the cause of the 17.7% to be systemic.

How do you get from clients million dollar homes to having a million dollar home?

Seems to be a pattern here.

As for tattoos depends on job. I wouldn’t hire anyone that has facial tattoo…not even to clean out my barn.

I work almost exclusively on multi million dollar homes LOL.

The teardrop tattoos I can understand though.

There you go again…making it personal.

Just can’t help yourself. @moderators make a note. Seems to be a skirt around pattern as of late.

Well that’s just an outright fabrication. If it weren’t you could not have accomplished even a fraction of what you claim to have in this life nor could any other black in the US.

We all have the same freedoms and we all have opportunities starting with our first breath.

What limits the ability to succeed for all of it are the choices made by our parents and ourselves.

Got it…
Thank you. I understand better now.

Are you familiar with Dave’s Killer Bread? It is fantastic. The company makes a point to hire ex-cons, to give them an opportunity to gain a trade, and try to re-boot their life.

I understand some businesses are better suited to do that than others.

If it’s new construction tats aren’t a problem as long as it’s not on the face. But not for sending em in occupied homes. Again depends on tats.

I like what Jesus had to say about these kind of people.
And I am not a Christian.

Yet all the facts show it to be true.

“Systemic Racism” can’t even be defined because we all know it doesn’t exist.

Make the right choices for yourselves and your kids and then it doesn’t take a miracle to succeed in this country in spite of the best efforts of the democrats to keep blacks in chains and sucking at the gov’t teat for everything they have and need for 56 years now.

How about wealth? How do those stats line up against their white counterparts?
