I don’t misunderstand anything about it.
If not about finances, opportunity and how one is treated from birth, than that only leaves skin color and that is an unacceptable reason to blame others.
it is natural that successful happy people flock together, regardless of skin color or cultural differences.
People struggle to make ends meet at every level of “finances,” or level of success. using skin color as an excuse is as wrong as thinking you live on the wrong sides of the tracks. There are plenty of examples of people in America overcoming adversity regardless of differences in color, race, gander, disability or other factors. People who use excuses, fail because of attitude towards life. Sone people do not take responsibility, in the deepest sense, for what happens to them. This world has not achieved heaven status. But this is America with a tradition of freedom, faith, equality, that was carved out of history.
The most disabled people need special consideration and help.
Criminals, regardless of skin color, are shunned.

That word is derived from Niger. It’s not. That word in this country was only ever used to rationalize the dehumanization of an entire race of people in bondage for the financial benefit of an oligarchy and the slightly lesser oppression that followed.
It is the foulest word in the English language.

Perpetuating tribal, gang turf, tribal warfare by virtue signaling is as bad as tribal warfare.
Tribes enslaved tribes throughout all human history. None is exempt or deserving of special credits.
What could somebody call you that could remotely compare? Say if they were chasing you down from the back of a pick up truck with ropes? Or running you down with dogs? Or hanging you from a street lamp? “Whitey”?
Nothing. There is no word.

Virtue signaling is a mental mechanism, used unconsciously in some people to deny full responsibility for the evils in their world. Those evils are a direct reflection of causes they themselves made and virtue signaling, is a way of evading that real truth.
Whatever excuse people use for their own problems by blaming the outside environment and others, whether it’s race or bad luck or oppressors, these excuses are delusion. The real law of things is strict and there are no excuses one can use.
Slavery is a reason, not an excuse.
Slavery comes in many ways and historically, karmically, there were people who did those things and will do them again. Those perpetrators are than reborn to be enslaved. It’s cause and effect. Genocide, slavery, oppression, they are an effect and a cause. Think how the virtue signaling perpetuates that.

Never heard this. Do you possibly mean the African country of Niger (capital: Niamey), which itself takes its name from the Niger river? Because that wasn’t even a French colony until 1922 and didn’t become an independent nation until 1960.
