Clearly, you don’t know “the rules.” As for the “expectations” of the company you worked for - are you currently blowing the whistle on their illegal hiring practices?

Most white males run their companies with an abundance of caution to comply with the law. Particularly ambiguous laws like EEO laws. The law does not establish a pecking order, but there most certainly is one because there is so much subjectivity when dealing with hiring and promotions in a work place. Those white men in charge are rue to get crosswise with the law and overcompensate to avoid trouble that will divert energy from running the company.

And when the company ran by white males gets in trouble… the lawyers and/or arbitrators are likely also white males.

Basically I’m challenging the notion that white male cannot get a fair shot in a discrimination case because they are the majority.

However that doesn’t seem to make sense… as a matter of fact… them being the majority is the exact reason why they SHOULD feel comfortable filing a discrimination case.

I know the rules as well as you do. But I was held to them as opposed to enforcing them. I suppose that’s why our perspective is different.

I am currently retired. They can ■■■■ themselves with the law for all I care.
