Where have I ever claimed to be an expert on ANYTHING. In the oil threads I commented I worked for a major oil company but in the IT area as a network asset mgr. Never ONCE did I claim to know how oil companies do their thing. Yet, libs almost always claim to be a SME on every topic here.

No, I don’t own a company, but I did a fair amount of hiring. I know the rules and the expectation of the company in applying them. The reality is precisely what I have described.

And when the company ran by white males gets in trouble… the lawyers and/or arbitrators are likely also white males.

Basically I’m challenging the notion that white male cannot get a fair shot in a discrimination case because they are the majority.

However that doesn’t seem to make sense… as a matter of fact… them being the majority is the exact reason why they SHOULD feel comfortable filing a discrimination case.

You are constantly saying “thats not how it works” etc, immediately discounting the other poster. You know how it works when YOU are involved, doesn’t mean thats how it works everywhere REGARDLESS of what the law says.
