That’s illegal.

Laws are broken all the time. The fact is, a white male is better off accepting the fact that he lost his promotion to “diversity” than to complain and be “tagged” as a trouble maker. If he wants to continue to work there that is.

Race, color, national origin and religion. If you have a disability, that’s one too - as is being a veteran, if you served.

Where have I ever claimed to be an expert on ANYTHING. In the oil threads I commented I worked for a major oil company but in the IT area as a network asset mgr. Never ONCE did I claim to know how oil companies do their thing. Yet, libs almost always claim to be a SME on every topic here.

And when the company ran by white males gets in trouble… the lawyers and/or arbitrators are likely also white males.

Basically I’m challenging the notion that white male cannot get a fair shot in a discrimination case because they are the majority.

However that doesn’t seem to make sense… as a matter of fact… them being the majority is the exact reason why they SHOULD feel comfortable filing a discrimination case.
