Spending millions on ads is a payment since they had to pay someone for those ads.
Cmon man.
No, a payment is what Smollett did when he wrote the check. Pretending two unrelated actions is payment is silly.
Which ad do you think cost Hillary the election?

The payment prong doesn’t require a payment to be made to the candidate. The payment prong requires an ad (i.e. coordinated communication) to be paid for by someone other than the candidate.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
Just because Ol’flexible’s whispering buddy paid for ads, does not mean Trump had anything to do with it…
Don’t you believe Mueller?

If the polling data given to the Russians was used to influence the content or the audience of those ads, it absolutely does.
Well, apparently Mueller agrees with me… Not maddcow!

Yes, I originally posted that before the report was finished. That’s the number one thing I want to read about from the report. Because doing so with a Super PAC would be a federal offense.
Yes, perfect for the grassy knollers and there is no paper work on the “payment”.
You would think the first thing the left would do is figure out if the Russian efforts had any effect. Thus the first question they should want answered is…“What ad or ads do you think hurt Hillary the most?”

Yup.
Now it’s Barr, and the administration, that is afraid to release Mueller’s report.

Did leftist “news” not report the first person to say release the entire report? Which would be Trump.

Uh, facebook has the paperwork. We know for a ■■■■■■■ fact that Russians paid for those ads. This is a weird argument you’re making.
“Effect” is irrelevant as it pertains to the FEC regulation. “Effect” is not one of the three prongs.
I’m sure they did pay for the ads. But not with Trump money. Probably hillary money for the dossier’s Russian dirt…
I’m glad you agree with Obama. The Russian’s had no effect on the election…

That’s the ■■■■■■■ point. It doesn’t have to be with Trump money. How dense do you have to be to not get this point? I quoted the regulation for you:
The payment prong is satisfied when a coordinated communication is paid for, in whole or in part, by a person other than the candidate, an authorized committee or a political party committee with whom the communication is coordinated.
BY A PERSON OTHER THAN THE CANDIDATE.
Thank you for accepting that the Payment Prong is satisfied.

Huh.
The report must be in the same envelope as the check from Mexico.
The mere fact that trump has been caught in lie after lie would be enough for me not to back or support the guy but these transgressions appear to make his followers lust even more for the tubby
And why would you think the Russain’s are so much better at making campaign ads and placement than the DNC?
You must think the DNC under Hillary was full of low IQ people who couldn’t make effective ads even when spending billions at it. Meanwhile a few rooskies on face book were masters at it for a few thousand dollars…
Good thing she lost then, isn’t it… Those same low IQ people would be leading the country…
Meanwhile Hillary blamed a video for the death of the ambasador. Thousands died in Libya and we have no idea why she and Obama bombed it and left civilians to die in the chaotic aftermath…
They didn’t even care about them…

IRRELEVANT. Seriously, dude. ■■■■■■■ IRRELEVANT.
The law does not require them to be “much better” at making the ads. The law makes it ILLEGAL for them to make coordinated communications.
Deflect all the ■■■■ you want. That’s all you can do.
Then how did the Russian’s steal the election, if their ads were not effective?
And why would Trump collude, if they were not effective?

Irrelevant to the legal question.
