One of the big problems developing now is, even if the citizens in these communities want to vote out of office a democrat leadership, foreign nationals are being given the right to vote which in turn hurts the power of black voters and changes the racial composition of the New York City electorate.SOURCE
It may very well be too late for black voters to vote out of office those who no longer represent their best interests, or the general welfare of their communities.
