I 110% agree and believe that a financial bonus for the parent if the child performs academically will engage the parent/parents. That was the intent.

100 years. Ironically enough, Bernie Sanders went to college in Chicago.

I didn’t modify anything. To calculate the murder rate for this situation, you can’t use the total population of the city because it isn’t a city-wide issue. And then claim “Chicago” is “safe”.
