It is easy to say that about a minority judge… when data shows that the current bias In the judiciary leans toward White people.

Good discussion. Thank you.
From your OP:
Can you name any? To what “voters” are you referring? Maybe voters that didn’t like a black man running fro president? You might want to start thinking for yourself.

You brought up race. Not me.
What Obama said about clinging to guns and bibles was also pretty accurate. There is a segment of society, who use religion and their fear of their guns being taken away, to guide who they vote for. That is not hate. That is just reality.
My apology. I was banned for a couple of days and went from memory, instead of rereading it. The point was drawing lines of hateful division…whether it’s based on race, culture, religion, sexuality, gender or anything else? President Obama often did that and was beneath the office of the President. “We” are the United States of America and the President…is President…of all of us.

The only evidence based in fact is that those who can afford the best and most expensive lawyers tend to get the least harshness in sentencing.
Race has nothing do do with it, economic mobility and wealth have everything to do with it.

You say that and then are wildly supportive of a President who is clearly only interested in ~35% of the country.
How do you square THAT circle?
Obama was divisive solely on his race. A significant percentage of the country refused to accept a black President. That’s why for all the “he was so insulting and demeaning to us” talk the evidence is some pretty weak tea.

Pure Partisan BS. If that were true he’d have done nothing for small business and paycheck protections.

I don’t buy that. The media pounds President Trump on a regular basis…24/7…365…from all angles and he simply fires back. YOU…then choose sides…not him. Even the media is divisive in how they refer to those that support the President. Can you imagine…a citizen…being called out by the media…for being supportive of their President? It’s a crazy time “we” live in.

Yes, because Obama is black
They did act stupidly. How does this statement set back race relations?

Trump doesn’t shut up. He talks too much. Tell him to stop talking so much and the media wouldn’t have much to light their hair on fire over.
Trump is his own worse enemy.
Can you imagine a citizen being called out by the President? It happens more often than it should
Blaming it on the media for reporting on when the President says something untrue, etc is a cop out.
President Trump is everything Republican detractors said about Obama, writ large. Trump openly attacks half of the country to the approval of the half he’s trying to keep supporting him. It’s the embodiment of consciously being divisive.
Obama was divisive because of who he is. Trump is divisive for politics.

I don’t understand this juxtaposition. Trump is divisive for politics because of who he is; those things that he does that make him divisive are part of who he is. Obama was divisive for politics because of who he is.
Was Obama out there consciously inflaming the country in a daily basis to rule up his base? Aside from being Obama.
That’s not the same as having policy positions that people disagree with.
