Is Kansas and its governor the 1st of many blue deflectors against Biden's vaccine OSHA mandate?

Now in Kansas, we have a report that a blue governor up for re-election next year (2022) is seemingly coming out against the Biden administration here with further vaccine mandates.

Noteworthy and probably a good thing for Murphy in NJ opting to remain mostly quiet on mandating via executive fiat thus far regarding any newer vaccine rules. At least until probably before his own election results get certified…

Seems especially true all the governors up for re-election will be wise in the short term to look at this from BOTH a science perspective and a political survival type of thing too.

What say you?

Doesn’t matter, already stayed and not likely to ever be upheld.

Murphy won before certification.

You’ll never learn.

Please consider clarifying as some of us might not know the difference between:

Projections made by news outlets in declaring a winner vs. exact timing to legally earn an official election win

Projection based upon what is known and what will happen.

In the 2020 election, which projections and call of a winner were inaccurate.

Murphy won easily. 65,000 and counting.

Meanwhile in virginia, youngkin won decisively by 65,000.

And Mcauliffe conceded

Allan

What’s the main point you are trying to make about Ciattarelli in NJ?

Why won’t he concede?

Mcauliffe did in Virginia with a similar margin and call.

Allan

Ciatterelli was ahead when he and the state went to asleep on election night. That being said, he probably will concede soon.

Lol. It was over even then.

All the votes out were in dem strongholds.

There were quite a bit of mail in ballots to be counted too.

Thus, none of the major networks projected a winner until a few days afterwards.

I am sure you know this.

Mail in ballots would fall for Murphy.

Everyone knew Murphy was the winner.

Betting odds went to 1-100.

A very big upset is likely nonetheless in NJ, albeit it was a state senator race. Everyone did think that was improbable, especially with this Sweeney guy being the current head honcho of the upper chamber. Here is an excerpt:

Republicans are also poised to flip a few seats in the Democratic-controlled state Legislature, and in a shocker, they’re on the verge of booting out state Senate President Stephen Sweeney with a candidate with no political experience. Many of those races remain too close to call.

Glad Sweeney lost. He was a bad leader for the dems. Cast his lot with Christie for 6 plus years.
