The special counsel is declining to prosecute Biden for his retention of classified papers in his garage, in spite of evidence that he willfully retained the files in violation of federal law. The reasoning is that Biden is so mentally incompetent that proving criminal intent beyond a reasonable doubt is not possible.
If Biden is incompetent to handle classified documents, then what business does he have being commander-in-chief with the nuclear launch codes?
Is it time get Biden to resign or remove him using the 25th amendment?
Similar logic was used to excuse Hillary Clintonās use of an unsecured server for classified information, but Trump is facing a criminal trial for alleged mishandling of classified documents.
Are Democrats inherently mentally incompetent?
Or has the justice system become nothing more than at tool of political oppression to enforce a one-party dictatorship?
Here are some excerpts and links:
āIn his interview with our office, Mr. Bidenās memory was worse,ā the report states. āHe did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (āif it was 2013 ā when did I stop being Vice President?ā), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (āin 2009, am I still Vice President?ā).ā
āHe did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died,ā the report continued. āAnd his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he āhad a real differenceā of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama.ā . . .
. . . Hur said his investigation āuncovered evidence that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.ā
The materials included āmarked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and notebooks containing Mr. Bidenās handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods.ā
