Is it time to remove Biden using the 25th amendment?

The special counsel is declining to prosecute Biden for his retention of classified papers in his garage, in spite of evidence that he willfully retained the files in violation of federal law. The reasoning is that Biden is so mentally incompetent that proving criminal intent beyond a reasonable doubt is not possible.

If Biden is incompetent to handle classified documents, then what business does he have being commander-in-chief with the nuclear launch codes?

Is it time get Biden to resign or remove him using the 25th amendment?

Similar logic was used to excuse Hillary Clintonā€™s use of an unsecured server for classified information, but Trump is facing a criminal trial for alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Are Democrats inherently mentally incompetent?

Or has the justice system become nothing more than at tool of political oppression to enforce a one-party dictatorship?

Looks like more laying of a foundation that the Democrat establishment will use to push him out before the convention.

The ideal timing would be for Democrat oligarchs to wait until after Biden has accumulated enough delegates to clinch the nomination before they remove him.

That way the oligarchs can annoint a replacement without worrying about input from primary voters.

It appears to be death by 1000 nicks and cuts. More and more keeps coming out, which was under total blackout and kept behind a disinformation screen. I think who ever is actually directing the cabinet needs to keep Joe in the position as long as possible. The VP doesnā€™t strike me that they could control her if she had the office and bully pulpit of the President. As VP, they can ignore her, and snipe her with no actual repercussions. As president, they would serve only at her pleasure.

The sole defense is that he is just your kindly old feeble uncle who hardly knows where he is, and the jurors wonā€™t want to put him in jail.

Democrats are masters at flipping narratives even when they are obviously contradictory.

Trump was a dictator worse than a bad Austrian artist and is an existential threat that must be stopped at any cost, but any suggestion that Democrats would rig an election is to remove him from office is ridiculous.

Biden is too senile to stand trial, but any suggestion that he is incapable of being president a silly conspiracy theory. Then a few weeks before the convention they will decide to flip again and say that health issues have force Biden to decline to run for a second term so that the convention can proclaim the real nominee.
