If crit/prog ideology represents truth then what we believe to be the criminal element of society are really wonderful people who just need to be talked to properly and not provoked by someone with a gun. I would assume that they believe candy and flowers would work better.

I could understand your objection if they are bringing the poop bags up to your house, but not if your cans are at the curb waiting for pickup.
No, empty cans after pickup.
But still, they have their own cans. Let them carry it home.
I do not drop the bag full of kitty litter next to their cans, they can keep their poop away from mine.
