The fact is I compare the “actions” of a group which includes Central America’s poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled and criminal population. The latest estimate is $116 Billion a year, not to mention the social costs to our Citizens, especially those living in our nation’s inner cities.
