My question is, what is it they have to investigate? Is it illegal? I don’t approve of it, but how exactly is it the police must investigate a non-criminal activity?

Given the rise in white supremisti and anti-Semitic violence, I am sure they were investigating the possibility that these kids were involved in plots to harm others.

The kind of thing we slap ourselves on teh forehead after a shooting and say ‘jeez, if only someone had paid attention to the warning signs…’

I just say whatever to the current outrage climate. I had seen many kids in school growing up and in college people drunk off their ars at aome party doing some silly salute trying to be funny. We used to laugh at them now they are reported even when a pug does it.
