Some got vaxxed to keep their 100,000 a year job. Others did because they wanted protect themselves and their families. Put me in the latter caregory.

It’s not a violation of rights, therefore our disagreement.

SCOTUS hears arguments on Friday.

Allan

…and…let’s place our bets who they say is right? :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Oh that’s not a fair bet. SCOTUS now favors republicans big time.

Now if we had garland instead of Barrett. I’d bet.

With it being 6-3 and no garland it’s a no bet for me.

Allan

My bet will be 5-4 granting a stay of the OSHA regulation.

Allan

Ahhhhhhhhhhh…SCOTUS is purely political now?

Who calls the shots for them, Trump? DeSantis? Smyrna? :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

For certain issues it is.

This is one of them.

Nope. I accept all SCOTUS without question even if I am in disagreement with the opinion.

Americans are going to have to demand their freedom. There are now huge interests who benefit from the emergency powers taken over by the government based on fear of COVID. They are not going to continue to exploit this situation even if there no rational basis for the fears.

That is what Glenn Greenwald is warning:

. . . fear is an extremely powerful human motivator and demagogues in government know how to stimulate it for their own power, but I also think that with social media, the more people are constantly feeding on stories about how they should be frightened, the more this fear is intensifying and I think there’s almost like an addiction, Tucker, to being protected by the state, to not having to return to normal life," Greenwald said . . .

ā€œWhen you start building these bureaucratic apparatuses that vest power in the hands of the state to control the lives of citizens in the name of some temporary crisis, it never is temporary, it never goes away, there’s never a political motive to dismantle it,ā€ Greenwald told Carlson. ā€œIt will just continue and even if there’s a cure tomorrow for COVID, they will just transform it into the Office of Infectious Diseases or the Administer of Public Health and these powers once vested are going to very difficult to pry out of the hands of government.ā€

Or people are interested in protecting the rights of workers.

Ironically many in the British Labour Party are now supporting the rights of workers to refuse vaccine mandates demanded by the Conservative government and their big business allies.

So, do you also think the President can force you to receive medical treatment or vaccination for, let’s say, the Flu?

So, exactly what I said. Some wanted to be vaccinated and some agreed to be vaccinated. Mandate indeed.

Let’s say cancer is contagious but they have a vax for it.

And let’s say I work where I work. In a office in windowless building

Wouldn’t it be prudent to mandate the vax to protect my fellow workers from cancer.

Allan

I edited that to Flu just for that reason, but you were too quick to respond. Try again.

Lol. I beat you to the punch…

Allan

Bed time. Have a good night.

The most noteworthy accomplish of your Hannity Forum career. :stuck_out_tongue:

I m going to stop you right there.

Merrick Garland has proven himself to be an incompetent irresponsible left wing hack.

Thank God that I sufferable clown never made the Supreme Court. It was either Tom cotton or josh Hawley who said he should resign his Attorney General job in disgrace. That Senator was right.
