A prominent Iranian general accused the Israeli government of intentionally manipulating the weather over Tehran this week; accusing the Jewish State of “cloud and snow theft” to help escalate Iran’s widening water crisis.
“Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali made the remarks while speaking at a conference on agriculture in Tehran, where he claimed Iranian scientific centers have confirmed a foreign role in the drought conditions across the country,” writes Fox News.
“Foreign interference is suspected to have played a role in climate change,” Jalali said, according to the semi-official ISNA news agency. “Joint teams from Israel and one of the neighboring countries make the clouds entering into Iran barren. Iran has been struggling to cope with an escalating water crisis in recent weeks, with thousands of residents taking to the streets of Tehran to protest the regime’s inability to handle a series of crippling issues following increased US pressure.
