if Iran can send a satellite into orbit, it can make an ICBM… they may not have nuclear material yet…

If you can launch a satellite into orbit you have an ICBM.
That said, it’s probably a ■■■■■■ one and even if they had dozens of them they wouldn’t survive US ballistic missile defense since I’m sure they haven’t figured out MIRV or penetration aids yet.
ICBM’s are easily shot down in the 21st century.
That this happened at all is a massive foreign policy failure.
