If they haven’t gone through puberty yet, they will grow some more when they go through puberty… though more men than women. Basically while on blockers they will continue to grow slowly, as all children do, but they won’t have that final growth spurt and the fusing of the growth plates until they go through puberty.

And we aren’t talking about growth plates fusing. Besides, estrogen is not the hormone affecting bone growth in females, let alone in males.

Estrogen is what stops it. That’s why women are shorter on average then men.

My point is that resumption of puberty hormones does nothing to reverse the effects on bone development that took place while puberty blockers were being administered. The body is permanently affected by delaying puberty and the longer it is delayed, the more profound the permanent alteration will be.

Personally?, I consider the push towards having people identify as non-cisgender to be just another stratagem of the "We need to reduce the world population " Lobby. There won’t be children from sex between transgender mates. With fewer people engaged in progeny-viable sex, there will be fewer children born… theoretically. However… unintended consequences are a bitch.
