This will be a game changer for the PLA Navy. Particularly as Taiwan is concerned. Once they get a few of these ships into commission, storming the beaches of Taiwan becomes a very real possibility and in fact this is the one capability that China needs to secure to gain the undisputed ability to conquer Taiwan.
Not to mention that this gives China like abilities elsewhere.
This ship will be very close to being in parity with its United States Navy counterpart.
