20 months ago Biden and the democrats took control. That was 5 million migrants ago, the price of gas was under 2.50 a gallon, inflation under 2%, the strategic oil reserve was full, we weren’t running around the world begging dictators to pump more oil, the economy was recovering from Covid without pumping $4 trillion more into it, interest rates were low, Oh and the worlds dictators weren’t rattling nuclear sabres…

Since Biden has moved into the Oval Office all of that has been reversed…

But the republicans are the ones who don’t know how to solve any problems after Biden and Pelosi and Schumer and whoever is running those three combined 240 year old fools made a mess out if things…

Somehow to democrats Republicans have no solutions to all the stuff democrats have broken…so what, we should keep voting for democrats so they can keep breaking our stuff?

Inflation is a policy decision the democrats have made.

“Too many dollars chasing too few goods”. How bad do you think it would be if the original version of build back better had passed…how many trillions was that joke again? It’s slimmed down little brother the “inflation reduction act” was bad enough.

The rest of the world didn’t and a signal to the energy companies that their multi billion dollar investments can be shut down by government anytime. Biden did that. The rest of the world didn’t pass the American rescue plan and the “inflation reduction act” (what a joke of a name), the democrats did that. The rest of the world didn’t make the policy decisions Biden and the liberal dumbass democrats made in America. Inflation is a public policy choice that has been made by Biden and the democrats.

If that’s not true…then why are we electing people who will turn our energy policy over to Vladimir Putin and our economic policy over to the rest of the world?

Yes.

An 8.2% inflation (current headline rate)
will not be brought down unless and until the Fed Funds rate becomes
8.3% or higher.

Very recently the Fed Funds Rate was literally zero,
so that means moving from zero to 8.3%
If done quickly that is recessionary. Very recessionary.

Needs to be more like 14%, if we were using Carter era metrics that’s where inflation is now.

We have a simple choice to make in the coming elections.

Do we vote for people who’s public policy positions are to make gas unaffordable in the process of trying to force us all into a renewable energy lifestyle (the world runs on oil) or do we vote for people who will promote sensible energy policies including ramped up production of our plentiful supply of fossil fuels?

Inflation and high gas prices are a public policy choice this administration and the democrats have made and are actively pursuing.
