Dude… you are hilarious.

Flynn committed the exact same crime as his business partner Bijan Kian who was found guilty but had the conviction thrown out by the judge probably because of the mishandling of Flynn when he blew up his plea deal.

Now if it would have stopped there… okay… fine… life goes on but they didn’t. The Feds have gone forward with reinstating the conviction.

Now… don’t you find it odd that the Feds would pursue that and drop the thing against Flynn when we all know full well that they committed the same crime?

What is the big difference between these two men?

Maybe it is the relationship to the President?

It’s cool though.

flynn was charged with no such crime, your statement is false.

What you know, or “we all know” is irrelevant.

The guy should never have been charged to begin with, just like 99% of everyone else who “commits” the same crime. I have no idea why one justice department lawyer is fighting to reinstate the conviction, probably a fan of the administrative state. DoJ should get rid of him.

We know that they committed the same crime. Full Stop. One is in legal jeopardy… the other is not.

One is a friend of the President… one is not.

That “Administrative State” thing… so Bannon.

They were about to close the investigation into Flynn until he lied about his conversations with Kislyak. There was plenty of reasons to interview him after they found out he had lied to Pence and Spicer. Especially after his lies were repeated to the press by Pence.

As part of his plea deal Flynn agreed to cooperate with DOJ case against his former partner. He violated that plea deal and became a cooperating witness for the defense. The jury convicted anyway. The judge stepped in and threw the case out due to the circus created by Flynn.
Flynn’s actions in this case will be questioned by the appeals court. As it should be.

Odd. The CNN article I read said the judge threw the case out because there wasn’t adequate evidence to convict.

That is because at the last minute Flynn blew up his plea deal. and stopped being a cooperating witness.

The Feds are still pursuing the charges against Kian but ignoring the same crime from Flynn.

“A cooperating witness”. Is that one that will say whatever you want him to say to get a conviction? Was he refusing to answer questions or taking the fifth amendment? Or was his statement of facts just not what the prosecutor wanted the facts to be? In what way was he not cooperating?

Yeah… they just got Flynn to say whatever they wanted and I am sure that there were no other evidence handed over like internal company documents or proof of payment or communications or nothing like that.

Poor Flynn… poor poor Flynn.

Flynn stopped being a cooperating witness when he blew up his plea deal. Now normally when a plea deal is blown up the other charges that they have on someone become a thing… including this very same thing that Bijan Kian is being pursued for.

But I have thins feeling that all of this is already known.,… but people just don’t care.

Apparently the judge did not think all this other evidence was very convincing as he said there was insufficient evidence to convict.
So…Flynn did not refuse to testify, he just wouldn’t claim the facts were what the prosecutor wanted them to be.

And now the Feds are trying to reinstate that conviction.

So why is that?

They don’t agree with the judge?

I guess not.

So now why is it that Bijan Kian is in legal jeopardy but Flynn isn’t when they both committed the crime together?

The DOJ decided to prosecute one and not the other? (Though as of yet they have not successfully prosecuted either).

Ahhh… playing coy.

Have a good day.

actually, we know they were not charged with the same crime, all the lies your liberal masters are telling you saying they were won’t change that.

and… Bannon…LOL… sorry dude, it’s you liberals that need someone to tell them what and how to think. Don’t follow Bannon, the guys creepy.

still pushing the false narrative. They committed no crime together. Flynn was charged for what is not a crime in relation to an FBI interview Kian was not present for. Stop the falsities, you’re embarrassing yourself.

you guys and yoiur narratives… lol

The Judge threw the case out because of a lack of evidence. Proving yet again that the only thing needed in a DC court room with a DC jury to be convicted is to be a Republican… it’s kinda like driving while black.

Dude. They were business partners. Of course they committed the crime together.

Is this gaslighting for me or for you?

The judge threw out the conviction

The Feds are working to reinstate the conviction.

So why is that?
