I like him fine.
I’d rather we had someone else as the leader of the D party, and POTUS, but I like him. And he’s doin a ood job delviering on his promises.
If they find out he took money in exchane for actions as VP, he should be removed from office.

How many times would you like me to answer your question?
Those are the rules!
Not remotely true dude. Nominated, yes, against my desire to do so.
Elected because people like me would never sit that one out and let Trump get another term.
Defended only when it’s warranted but that’s clearly a pointless endeavor on this forum where we on the left are told repeatedly what we believe, how we behave, what we stand for… in spite of reality demonstrating otherwise.

ON a personal level, I like him too. I wish we had someone else though honestly.

Yeah. I agree. We need new blood in politics.

I don’t see where anyone has said rules were broken. The GOP in the House make the rules.
What has been said, and I fully agree, is that it likely wasn’t wise to take this up, particularly now. I know this falls on deaf ears in this forum, but I truly think the GOP fully lost any independents with their decision to pursue this lacking any new evidence that has been put forth from their investigations over the last several months at the same time that they’re forcing a shutdown. I know, I know… “libz, Biden, commies, pedos, blah”! But in reality, people actually do give a damn. A real damn.
My take on it is the average voter isn’t paying attention to this and barely paying attention to the “shutdown”. Only us political junkies are giving either one much more than a “DC as usual” glance and moving on. What they ARE noticing though are higher prices for everything, stores closing, etc. THAT is what will decide the next election, not the latest anticts in DC.
You’re free to have your opinion but I seriously disagree. Yes, the average voter is getting hit by inflation, no doubt. But if you think the impeachment inquiry and shutdown are somehow flying under the radar, not sure what to say. More than half of us, according to polls, think it would affect them personally.
Here’s the kicker though. The GOP has the info available to them, but they choose to ignore it and instead go all in on the fairy tales they tell themselves. My prediction is that this will be the last straw for any remaining independents and it will be reflected at the ballot. And then, having lost because they chose not to govern, the GOP will talk about the stolen elections (except for the occasions where they win). Rinse, repeat.

Well, yes this is anecdotal but this morning after my wifes dr appt, we stopped at a local diner, the only thing they were talking about is prices. As I said the AVERAGE voter, not those that actually pay attention, those voters may very well do what you are saying, but I was talking about the normal voter who couldn’t name their Senator or Representative.
Maybe you just got the check before the conversation got there
I agree with what you’re saying about inflation. I’m also fine with disagreeing on the other points.
Cheers.

You people are a clown show…everything I mentioned has been included in the evidence gathered by the committee over the last several.
You know…all the ■■■■■■■ evidence cr you folks keep swearing doesn’t exist:
Tip yourselves away from the left wing echo chamber for a while and give reality a try.

It’s true. The left started talking about impeaching trump before he even took office.

Yes. It’s a process. Only either the foolish or dishonest fail to recognize that reality.
This entire discussion is a pointless waste of time.
The progress of the committee is obvious to anyone with a brain.
I give you and your clown show credit…you get your talking points and stick with ‘em no matter the reality in front of you…
But that doesn’t change the reality.
Peace out. I would encourage thoughtful conservatives to walk away from this thread the conversation is boring and predictable…
But trump. What the left goes to when they know they can’t explain the biden corruption.
No, you won’t. You will find some excuse. Probably whatever excuse the leftist media gives you and declare that whatever evidence they present does not mean the old pervert is guilty. Biden lies daily and you still believe everything he says. You can’t even admit how feeble minded jbiden is getting.

Completely zero need for anyone to show up for Republicans today to warble about the PROCESS. The only reason they did that and we both know it, is because after all this time James Goofybird Comer still doesn’t have one bit of evidence of anything. If he did, THAT’S what he would have presented today.
Oh and Turley, he’s not investigating anything or looking for evidence either. He’s not doing anything. He’s just there to brush up on his Right Wing Content Creator cred because that’s what he does, never misses the chance to yodel at a microphone or make goofy faces at a camera.
Hey but at least he admitted there’s yet to be any evidence for impeachment

It does not have to be proven that biden was enriching himself. All that has to be proven is that biden was using his office to enrich his family.

Jonathan testified there wasn’t yet EVIDENCE for any articles of impeachment.
He does not have to have received one cent. All that has to be proven is that he used his office to enrich his family.
