This is exactly the argument that the White House has been arguing and losing in the courts. Why would any Senator want to endorse this argument. Serious question, why would any Senator agree with this?

They have thrown in with Trump to the point they can’t back out. And for some reason they think that Trump nation will maintain. I’m thinking there’s a reason they haven’t claimed executive privilege. There are rules for that too. But then this admin has never really been known for caring about let alone following rules. This whole process is Unconstitutional because we say it is, doncha know? Doesn’t matter what the Constitution actually says or doesn’t say. We aren’t even pretending to follow it any more.
