The House Judiciary Committee began the next phase of the Democrats’ impeachment probe Wednesday morning; hours after Intel Chair Adam Schiff published the findings of his party’s efforts to remove President Trump from the White House.
Wednesday’s hearings will feature a handful of legal scholars and professors from Harvard Law School, Stanford, the University of North Carolina, and George Washington University.

“The Founders were concerned about political impeachment because you just don’t like the guy… The Chairman has talked about impeachment since last year, before he’s even sworn in as Chairman. Don’t tell me that this is about new things, this is nothing new,” said Rep. Doug Collins.
“This impeachment is not about facts… We’ve already gone through this after Mueller, Emoluments, the list goes on,” he added.
