The Flores decision is endangering lots of children. I’m sure many have died. You would think democrats and rinos would have wanted to stop that. I guess they don’t care.

How is the Flores SETTLEMENT agreement (it is not a court decision) endangering children?
They know it they drag children along they get in… And many are selfish enough to do so…
We can’t very well strip away protections for children, so what is to be done about it?

I was alluding to exactly that and asking how it should be changed.
Congress. Fat chance of that.
What protections for children? Are you THAT naive?
Have you at least heard about the recycling of children?
What “protections” are they offered on their journey here?
What protects them from being sold into slavery once they are lost in the system in the United States?
Good God Almighty, there is an entire industry that preys on children yet some folks bury their heads with the idea that just because they present as a “family” that their word is sacrosanct.
What is to be done about it? Close the border and let these folks fight for their children and the futures of their children’s children just like we did.

Journalists from The Associated Press saw police target isolated groups at the tail end of the caravan near Pijijiapan Monday, wrestling migrants into police vehicles for transport and presumably deportation as children wailed.
This whole illegal immigration thing is being observed and coached by entities in defiance of our immigration laws. That picture of the empty stroller is nothing but propaganda. Good on Mexico and good on President Trump for encouraging the President of Mexico to do his job.
What the hell?
It appears that this act did nothing but up the ante in stopping illegal immigration. Trump is sending in armed troops. If Mexico is now going to do their part and stop these people from crossing through Mexico, this sounds like a one, two punch that should have a serious impact on this illegal flow.
here is what it requires:
- The US government is required to release children from immigration detention without unnecessary delay in order of preference beginning with parents and including other adult relatives as well as licensed programs willing to accept custody.
- With respect to children for whom a suitable placement is not immediately available, the government is obligated to place children in the “least restrictive” setting appropriate to their age and any special needs.
- The government is required to implement standards relating to the care and treatment of children in immigration detention.
How the ■■■■is that killing children. it tells the gov’t what to do with children the have custody of.
