It’s still there.
It has always been hard to find.

3 click preferences
4 click users
and its right there, can’t miss it

The developers purposefully made the ignore feature hard to find. They actually had a board argument over having it at all, as there only use to be a mute function that only worked for up to 6 months at a time before you had to re-add them.
There seems to be couple people on my ignore function since the election. Haven’t heard from them ever since.
That explains why I couldn’t find it. I’m on mobile and I had to scroll the tabs.
