This all started because rp5X5 read a post of mine in the religious forum in which I decried corrupt polticians.
She told me if I hated the USA I was free to leave.
So ergo facto, she thinks that if I hate corrupt politicians, I hate the US.
I think that if I hate corrupt politicians, I love the US.
And if you don’t think Trump is as corrupt as any other politician- which was not actually the focus of this thread, for God’s sake - than you haven’t been paying attention.

I think that’s exactly what she said.
I was decrying corrupt politics. I pointed out that American ideals are the best in the world but that people fall short of them. (A very Christian thing, eh?) And that we should do better.
And in response to that, she accuses me of hating the US and tells me I should leave.
I think her reading comprehension sucks and apparently so does yours.

To clarify, I would like us to adopt many of the policies that many western Europe utilize, as the results are generally better than we have here in the US.
It should be utilized with states being the prime administrator, with the Fed overseeing and providing primary funding.
To add, i may have not lived in any of those places, i have visited them on extensive vacations, and have had many discussions with friends that live there.
Keep in mind, a conservative in Sweden or Norway, would be considered a center right liberal here.
They’re main concerns are taxes, and immigration.
