False.
Why is it when you people summarize what I say it never is.
If he is found guilty of campaign conspiracy with the Russians, then a reasonable person could conclude he wanted to end the investigation so he wouldn’t be caught.
Maybe he wanted to end the investigation so his personal lawyer wouldn’t be jailed, or his campaign manager, or maybe he didn’t want the world to know he’s been paying porn stars for sex, or who knows what else. Those all seem like good reasons for Trump to obstruct the investigation.
As may be Mueller’s opinions. Or a court systems opinion for that matter. We live in an imperfect world. Your faith in the impartiality of Mueller greatly exceeds mine.
Mueller had his conclusion on the first day of his inquisition. He’s just looking to weave a patchwork of knots that will keep the anti-trumpers fired up.
A charge of obstruction does not require a prerequisite illegal act. Trump doesn’t have to be guilty of any other crime in order to be guilty of obstruction.
But he has to obstruct. And performing his legitimate hire and fire job viz a viz the FBI is not obstruction. It is as much part of his job as starting or ending investigations is part of Comeys job. Its in his authority.
If Mueller is mining the countryside for independent and moderate swing votes with his collusion scam…I do not think he will be at all successful.
Stzok sunk the Mueller investigation with his texts and attitude before Congress.
Even the “secret” recordings of President Trump show he is a decent person.
Lanny Davis is walking back his outrageous assertions…which meant nothing WRT Russia or collusion.
It is time to turn the worm and look at Ohr, the Steele Dossier, and the FISA warrants under a super microsope. THERE Mueller might just find his Russia meddling…
If CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, NYT…tells a bunch of lies that you bought into it hook, line and sinker…lit your hair on fire, began running around yelling Russian collusion and now obstruction…could you ever become a rational, logical thinker ever again?
