#2 Oh I have patience. The clumsy attempt by President Trump’s personal attorney to manufacture an “October Surprise” to repeat the Comey announcement of the Clinton investigation right before the election is failing badly.

But I will say I support an FBI investigation with the following:

#1 First thing being a DNA sweep of the laptop to determine if it was owned and used by Hunter Biden. People handle laptops, just their nature. That means hair, shed skin cells, dried droplets from a cough or sneeze would be on the surface, in the keyboard area, the hinges, or even in the openings for the various connection ports.

#2 Secondly an FBI report on the full forensic data analysis of the data on the laptop. Have the texts and emails been manipulated in any way such that true emails are present to provide a grain of truth and false fictitious emails inserted or “salted” into the files? The FBI should be able to verify the emails on the laptop with server side information to determine validity.

#3 A full FBI investigation into the laptops chain of custody and the positivity of this being a fabricated (badly) scenario either by the Trump Campaign or Russia. You have a blind, strip mall computer shop owner in Delaware claiming the laptop is Hunter Biden’s at a time when Hunter Biden lived in California (as has been mentioned here). I think there is some data analysis that can be done on (a) the laptop’s purchase history, (b) the laptop’s use history, © travel records and cell phone location data on where was Hunter Biden on the day that he (or someone) dropped off the laptop to the blind computer repair shop owner that can’t ID who dropped it off.

Why yes I would. But we are not talking about you, you claimed and I quote: “They admit it’s their hard drive.”

You claimed THEY said it was their hard drive yet provided no supporting evidence of you claim. All I’m asking is for the source of your claim that Hunter Biden or his attorney validated that it was Hunter Biden’s laptop. An attorney wanting the hard drive turned over to them (especially when it is in possession of the FBI) is not an admission of ownership. It is a request to examine the hard drive on their part. The two are not the same thing.

So, what is your source for this declarative admission by either Hunter Biden or his attorney?

The thread theme is unrealistic … Republicans won’t control the House for at least two, most likely four or more years. However, invoking the 25th is a real possibility. Nancy and Kamala can do it almost by themselves, particularly if Nancy gets her competency commission formed.

A business associate of Hunter Biden has just released his emails that detail of payments for access of Chinese Communist Party officials to Vice President Biden through Hunter Biden. The story of paying for access sounds very much like that from emails from the Delaware laptop:

Meanwhile, there is this text message from the laptop:

“It’s really hard. But don’t worry unlike Pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

“Pop” is Hunter’s name for his dad, Joe Biden.

The Constitution is clear that bribery is one of the impeachable offenses:

Clearly further investigation is necessary to confirm the validity of the contents of the emails. Should the House start formal investigations if Biden is elected?

If there is good evidence the Joe Biden received a share of the payments to Hunter Biden to prevent Burisma executives, does that constitute an impeachable offense?
