1. He assaulted a 71 year old man who was escorting people at a Planned Parenthood.
2. No SWAT team was used, they knocked on the door and took him. They had a warrant to do so.

Their citizenship was irrelevant. The warrant was to search the house due to probable cause that it had been used to smuggle illegals.
It was not a warrant to search or detain individuals.

But that warrant did not authorize the ICE Agents to seize the property and cash belonging to the legal citizen occupants. The occupants provided proof that they had just moved in and therefore could not possibly have had anything to do with smuggling illegals. This action was way over the top.

An error was made. Happens multiple times every day, in every country. What does that have to do with your claimed consistency on people’s rights?

Yes, errors happen, but when the mistake is realized, everything should stop immediately and any harm rectified and restitution made for any damage. … and a huge apology offered. There was no reason for the agents to confiscate their property and cash.

Bull squeeze. The instant they claimed to be citizens the raiders should have stopped in their tracks and said “prove it”.

Boots on the ground have heard it all. Anyone under suspicion can claim anything. (And they do.) They also don’t have the authority to change their marching orders: Search the house. Grab anything that can be evidence. Arrest any targets. (None were arrested.)

PS: Others at the house of an illegal immigrant criminal very well could be US citizens. That doesn’t give the illegal criminal any sort of shield or immunity.

Remember when Joe Biden tried to create a ministry of truth and people were being cancelled and kicked off social media because they were excersising their first amendment right to express their views on Covid?

My guess is that Trump’s FBI will not search out every member of that mob out and prosecute them for subversive conspiracy or obstruction of Justice. They will not set up a task force to hunt down everyone involved. They will not be put in jail for months before a trial even takes place. Those who grabbed at ICE officers will not be vilified and spend two years in prison. They will not be treated like the Biden FBI treated Jan 6 rioters.
