Ibraheem Izzy Musaibli, a natural born United States Citizen and a native and resident of Dearborn, Michigan has been brought back from Syria to formally face charges in the Eastern District of Michigan.
He is charged with providing material support to a terrorist organization and could face up to 20 years in prison.
He was arraigned on July 25, 2018, pleaded not guilty and did not object to being held without bond, though he will have another chance at bond in an upcoming hearing, at which point he may formally request it.

The point is that the Article III Courts continue to do a fantastic job in this regard and thankfully the government has been sending all its captures into the United States for trial and swift justice and not to Guantanamo to languish in front of the cluster ***** known as the Military Commissions.
