They knew what?

Who is they?

Lies that libs were propagating about Russian collusion.

Or we’re forum libs that stupid?

Which is it?

Ah. Thanks. I really didn’t undestand.

I don’t really need to relitigate the russian interfence investigation, and I don’t know specifically who or what statments you might be refering to. My attitude was shared by most left and right level headed people at the time. There is enough trobling information to warrent an investigation, and we should let it run it’s course and see where we stand.

Of course you don’t…I would be extremely embarrassed myself.

Level headed? Oh the irony.

uh huh.

And so now, you are railing againt authoratarians while the POTUS you so strongly support lies about the election and discusses declaring martial law with a felon he pardoned.

THAT is irony.

Who is discussing about declaring martial law…CNN? The same fake news source that you relied on for great Russian hoax to overturn an election and throw the president in prison?

Flynn said it. Here is the interview. The words came out of his mouth.

Flynn?

And somehow I support martial law?

You libs aren’t even making any sense now.

No one is saying you are supporting martial law. What some Libs here are saying that if anyone is broaching upon authoritarianism it is the Right, and I have to agree with them.

Lets look at authoritarian communication styles…

  • Downward, one-way communication (i.e. leaders to followers, or supervisors to subordinates)
  • Controls discussion with followers
  • Dominates interaction
  • Independently/unilaterally sets policy and procedures
  • Individually directs the completion of tasks
  • Does not offer constant feedback
  • Rewards acquiescent obedient behavior and punishes erroneous actions
  • Poor listener
  • Uses conflict for individual gain

Most of these are fairly emblematic for how Trump communicates.

He has also flirted with military parades, has ignored congressional oversight and failed to comply with legal subpoenas, cozied with various autocrats throughout the world and is currently failing to acknowledge that he lost the election. His failure to assist in a peaceful transition of power reeks of authoritarianism.

I frankly don’t see the Left acting like this. I see them acting like busybodies and at times, misguided with social justice issues that are best left to time and common sense. But that is not authoritarianism.

It’s a page right out of Putin’s “information warfare” book.

Let look at obma’s authoritarian style.
Obama ignored congressional oversight. He saw fit to investigate himself and declare no wrong doing. Obama failed to comply with legal subpoenas,
Obama cozied up with various autocrats throughout the world He even went as far as over throwing a government for a terrorist group. Not to mention obamas apology tour.
Obama started spying on an incoming adminatration.
I frankly see the left as the authoritarian’s. I see them as wanting to be the ones with all the control and they are even willing to break the law to get that control.

I am sure many leftist use that book and would know.

Interesting list you have there Torey. :sunglasses:

If he believes the “lie”, by definition he is not lying.

They knew. How? Because they constructed The Narrative.

No he didn’t.

Flynn is not President Trump.

None of that is in this context, the context of government. You are describing management style.

So he’s too stupid to know what he is saying is a lie.

That’s awesome.

yes, he did.
