If he tries to stay in, the noise that will generate will drown out the democrats election efforts. Their entire campaign will be about Biden.

If he resigns, that cackling idiot takes the seat. That leaves the dems with but one viable option…run the idiot. If she beats Trump…happy days for them. If Trump wins, spend the next 4 years of that “resist” ■■■■■■■■ and hopefully undercut him enough to make everone forget about the Biden fiasco.
