The first rally organized by the campaign was held on February 18, 2017, in Melbourne, Florida, and was attended by an estimated 9,000 supporters. This was the earliest an incumbent president had ever held a campaign rally. During the rally, Trump defended his actions and criticized the media. He referred to a nonexistent incident that had supposedly happened in Sweden the previous night"
Obama took a lot of heat here for campaigning while president (and playing golf, and the national debt, etc). Why are we not seeing the same posts now?
So why not answer the question directly. Obama was excoriated by Hannity and Rush for campaigning early.
Did you join in that excoriation?
Obama was excoriated while playing golf while President.
Did you join in that excoriation?
If so, now that Trump is president and doing the exact same things…then you have no right to accuse Dems/Libs of being “criers.” Instead, they’re pointing out simply an important fact - the hypocrisy of people who criticize behavior in others but indulge in it themselves.
If Trump is going to effectively fight the establishment, the MSM and the liberal agenda, it’s a 24/7/365 job? I don’t know where he finds all of the energy but I’m sure glad he’s got it and he’s willing to do it.
I get the argument that liberals and the media should “prioritize their rage” against Trump. Focus on the big important stuff. They shouldn’t get bogged down in the weeds. I get it, kinda agree to a point. But most of what Trump is fighting about is created by … Trump. He’s his own worst enemy and his biggest cheerleader.
If Obama is going to effectively fight the CEC and the conservative agenda, it’s a 24/7/365 job? I don’t know where he finds all of the energy but I’m sure glad he’s got it and he’s willing to do it.
Ironically, we never got that post from you Trump Republicans. Which is understandable.
What isn’t understandable is defending one while criticizing the other for doing the same thing. Just like the whole golf thing.
