I think he is truly that ignorant. He doesn’t have the first clue what is really going on. And any information that goes against his chosen narrative that he wants to believe, just does not compute or exist for him. He is the most intellectually incurious President we have ever had.

Trump is creating a reality distortion field to pretend that the response has been incredible the entire time until the supply chain can catch up to his fantasy and then he and his supporters can turn around a pretend that competence has been the standard the entire time.

What does that matter?

Testing ability has been lagging since the very beginning.

I’m excited about the instant tests that have now been approved but guess what? Those just don’t magically appear. And every time I hear phone calls or stories like this, it doesn’t make me confident these tools will be deployed the way they need to be deployed.

Lack of testing ability gives the illusion that certain areas of the country are doing better than they might be.

All this time and people still don’t understand why testing is so important. The Governor of Montana outright said they can’t do the testing and contact tracing they need to do…almost guaranteeing there is spread going on that they don’t know about.

Is there evidence that people are not making test sets as fast as they can? Perhaps they aren’t doing it because they are too lazy or too stupid?
Lets yell at them and blame Trump…again. That should help the situation.

The Gov. didn’t blame anyone. He said they didn’t have enough tests. And trump didn’t want to hear about it, and said he hadn’t heard anything about that.
