Why are you making him a victim? He’s a public political figure. And he can’t handle it from the looks of things.

He seems terribly ignorant, short-sighted, and well…sorta dumb. Not because of his personal beliefs, but because the “solution” he offered her is no solution at all. It doesn’t change that he could STILL be accused of inappropriate conduct, and could STILL have pictures taken that don’t look good.
That’s the really amazing part about this. He could have just offered a solution that would actually address his concerns, such as her bringing any colleague of her choosing and him bringing one as well, and problem solved. Or him just saying “sorry, we don’t do any solo ride alongs.” Or “you won’t be able to ride along, but here’s where we’ll be today, and you’re free to meet us at these locations and we’ll do our best to give you an inside look at the campaign.”
All he had to do was not agree to 1v1 time with no one else around. Just invite her for exclusive looks at his campaign that never put the two alone together. This really isn’t hard.
His campaign stirred this pot. This was all very easily avoidable.
I think I left you a fair indication of what I think. If you mischaracterize it or interpret it wrong, it’s on you.
What else would anyone make of your posts here?
As I’ve said all through this thread I’m backing the reporter. She didn’t do anything wrong.
There’s an old saying…Lady thou dost protest too much.

Doesn’t matter, he decided.
Motive doesn’t matter at all.
Doesn’t matter. His house; his rules.
Here are a couple of articles about Foster written or cowritten by the reporter in question.
Does anyone find any of her coverage of him so far objectionable?
This one is about how Foster was offered money by GOP insiders not to run.
This one is from earlier, just discussing his possible run before he declared.
Here is Mississippi Today’s general election page for Foster. Anyone see any LSM hit job stories they don’t like?
I would say that about the politician since he started this ruckus.

Doesn’t matter. He did choose.
It matters, he’s dumb.
It matters directly in this discussion.
And his choice to finish last place in the race because he’s apparently too stupid to take some free coverage.

Yes she did. She didn’t respect his decision. And now she’s forming a lynch mob and suing.

Her intentions seem obvious(especially since she is a sjw and is suing), and yet you support her?

He chose to make himself a petulant victim over something that had dozens of easy workarounds that don’t involve misogyny.
As I said way earlier in this thread, it was absolutely his choice to act like a misogynistic dumbass, and I absolutely agree that being a misogynistic dumbass is his choice.

Doesn’t matter at all. Wouldn’t matter if her name was Pulitzer. He decided.

No he didn’t. Another blatant falsehood.

Doesn’t matter what you or her or anybody else feels. He decided.
Oh, she forced her way into his campaign? She respected his decision and did not go try to force a ride-along. She just found it objectionable and voiced that.
Did Foster’s campaign break the law regarding the 1st in MS, or regarding discrimination? Maybe he did.
