I’d rather go house to house and kindly explain to the ones who are terrified of this that they would be a lot better prepared for their inevitable exposure to COVID if they would get rid of all the chips, soft drinks, cookies, and all the other ■■■■ they live on. Critical thinkers understand that the vast majority of those killed by COVID had “pre-existing” conditions, mostly caused by metabolic syndrome. Why don’t the experts caution people about cutting back on substances that make them prime candidates for COVID-related death?
When governments are partnered with the corporations that make us susceptible to this “pandemic” I call ■■■■■■■■ on just how genuine they are in defeating it. One example: in Louisiana I saw that McDonald’s was offering free Big Macs back in April or May for those who got tested for COVID.

What do you think leadership should be doing in a pandemic?
You mean you need an excuse to not address uncomfortable truths…

Do you believe green house gasses are causing climate change? Do you drive a car?
Kinda hypocritical don’t you think??
Presumably exactly what you criticize Trump for not doing. So when are we going to see Trump critics become Pelosi, Lightfoot, Cuomo, Whitmer and Newsom critics?

Your point is based on a false premise.
Teh reason most people smoke is because of their addiction to nicotine. It’s no more complicated than that.
That’s "D"ifferent don’t you know?
Happy to see the Catholic Church suing the arrogant Cuomo.
Not at all. No one accidentally gets addicted. You also can’t get addicted by second hand smoke. To get addicted requires the deliberate actions of the smoker, who began and continues their habit out of nothing but pure selfishness. While people have the right in a free country to choose to smoke, you can not get around the facts that it is an unnecessary habit with no redeemable benefits to society AND that every time a smoker exhales their smoke, they are blowing deadly toxins into the air and making innocent people who have made a responsible and healthy choice sick, sometimes to death… 400 thousand people a year die, thousands of them from second hand smoke.
You libs love to consider yourselves morally superior. You love to make laws to protect people “for their own good”. You chastise, shame and guilt people, and even fine and jail them, for making selfish decisions that YOU believe are dangerous to society. Libs call for making guns illegal and for finding a way to confiscate them from legal gun owners because of all the people you claim are needlessly killed by selfish gun owners. Nowhere near 400 thousand people a year are killed by guns, yet Libs screech about gun control…
The topic is Lib Hypocrisy. Wear it proudly…

Don’t forget to buckle your seat belt on your way to work today.
They think themselves morally “superior” yet they support a legalized practice which has claimed over 60 million lives and counting.
One has to wonder about that sort of “thinking”.

My level of involvement has no influence on the hypocrisy of those in power.
That’s the best you’ve got?
You’re level of involvement has EVERYTHING to do with the hypocrisy of those in power. You voted didn’t you??
Maybe if voters were concerned about what people actually do instead of what they SAY… And you know that looking at what people have done in the past is a real good indicator of what they’re going to do in the future, regardless of what they say in the present.
