FaRa was not part of the plea deal, and it’s a slam dunk conviction, it took a week to get Manafort on half of what Hunter did at Burisma. Indict him on Fara and then pardon him! Get it over with!

I love how seemingly exculpatory or mitigating evidence can only—only!—indicate further criminality.

This is one of my favorite hannity forum “heads-I-win, tails-you-lose” moves. It’s a corollary to a larger rule of this alternative universe:

If Democrats are charged and convicted of crimes, they’re criminals; if Democrats are not charged and convicted of crimes, they’re . . . even worse criminals and also the system is always rigged to protect them.

And now the plea deal has fallen apart while the DoJ investigates any FARA violations. Though if there are I am sure not much will come of it.
