I not sure of a judge that will sign off on contempt charge since Hunter Biden’s lawyer has publicly stated that Hunter is free and willing to testify in an open session for everyone to see.
Read the thread, or just maybe spontaneously add something useful for a change.

I don’t think Hunter will get a contempt charge since he has agreed to testify… unlike the people who are issuing the subpoena.

comer said earlier the terms of the subpoena were clearly stated.
No negotiation necessary, which makes whatever stunt hunter pulled earlier completely stupid and irrelevant.

He can get Hunter Biden’s testimony tomorrow. Hunter Biden can be berated publicly by the GOP in front of the world. They can bring up everything from the soggy laptop right to his face and the entire world will see it.
This is an opportunity to publicly call out and expose Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden has agreed to this.
Comer rejected that.
That is why Hunter Biden will not be held in contempt.

I don’t think that a plot by a sitting President to overturn the results of an election that he knew that he lost is equal to the behavior of a private citizen during a debilitating period of a drug addiction
