Hunter defies subpoena

You need to quit whining. The democrats made the rule of no public hearings even if someone asks for one. Enjoy the new rules your party set.

I’m 99% certain you’re wrong AND way behind what’s actually happening.

Thanks for attempting to pretend you’re all caught up though.

What on earth are you babbling about? Just the other day we had a public hearing with university presidents testifying.

The chairs of the committees set the rules.

Why didn’t they have public hearings with eric ciaramella?

Private deposition comes first. Look up Manafort and other Trump associates called before Congress.
Regardless, the charge of contempt of Congress won’t happen, it’s the J’Biden DOJ that runs cover for the Biden Family crime syndicate.
H. Biden scored the “MAGA” narrative then proclaimed his father was not “financially” involved in his (Hunter’) businesses. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Well, what then was the old coots involvement?
And what exactly were/ are these businesses? What did they sell or make? Who were/ are the employees?
All young Biden did by thumbing his nose at Congress is raise more suspicions. He reiterated his “lawyer status”. Some lawyer, he could have been deposed before Congress, picked and chose what one’s to answer and plead the 5th on others. The dumbass is under indictment fer crissakes, now he looks like he’s hiding something.

Only when it involves Trump or some other R.

Can you answer the question?

Okay, you win.

Clearly we’re not playing the same game.

But still. You win.

Remember all those secret closed-door hearings during the failed trump impeachment. People locked out. Cell phone confiscated.

You guys should talk to Jordan and Biggs and McCarthy.

Look at you whine over rules your party set. Pay back always comes.

I actually don’t remember but I’m sure you are right.

But having a closed door hearing yesterday does not mean it is a rule for today. The chairs decide how to conduct their hearings.

There is no rule that says hearings have to happen behind closed doors.

If there were wee would t have seen the university presidents the other day, right?

They picked one heck of a low life to consider special didn’t they?

Yes, all three were coached by the same lawyer. Their “testimony” was a word salad never answering the questions.
Funny, the U Penn dolt resigned after big donors closed their checkbooks.

Right. But the point is there is no rule that says hearings have to be private.

I haven’t read the subpoena, but comer has said that the subpoena specifically called for a closed door deposition.

The time of democrats getting to play by a different set of rules is over.

And they are down in the floor having tantrums over it.

Why did the university president stratify in public if it is against the rules?
