The question is wither or not the information has some level of credibility. We don’t know what was in the Congressional briefings. And we may never know the truth until the next Democrat is in the WH. Hearings are starting on Thursday. I doubt that they will reveal much.

Then you have not been paying attention. It was confirmed that intelligence was looking into it but had not confirmed it. You’re behind the curve a tad.

Until then let’s speculate that the president doesn’t bend the truth, and the intel community keeps secrets from the president.

Well, unless the President has been living in a cave (or a bunker) for the past few weeks, he likely knows about it now.
I don’t believe that it wasn’t already in the intel material he doesn’t read.
