No they don’t. They have an open-door policy … they have let Finland know they would be welcome.
We will sell F35s to anyone who has the money and who is unlikely to use them against us. Don’t read anything into that.

Turkey used to be part of the F-35 program. A NATO ally. But they bought S-400 SAMs and we said if they get those they can’t have F-35s. It’s a big diplomatic ■■■■■■■■■■■■ But my joke was that we won’t sell them to a NATO ally who in theory would not use them against us. That was the joke.

What happened to you Cons favorite saying in the not so distant past? Remember the classic… We need “boots on the ground”…? Was the favorite war cry with your bunch.

I don’t like war porn. You must be thinking of someone else. And countries send out young men and women to die for national policy. It’s sad, and a lot of them die. But that is how nations work. And why we pay our soldiers. It’s not a charity volunteer organization. We pay for services. Sometimes that service is death. And it’s made very clear about that when they sign their contract

How would you know?
How would I know that countries use their militaries as part of foreign policy and sometimes those military members die? Pretty straight forward understanding of history and the world we live in.
This is a long thread when the answer is obviously that Trump would have sided with Putin against NATO.
