How to destroy a nation pt. 2

So I’m beginning this thread over here from the RF. I began it over there because I believe the underlying problem is spiritual, but it’s being carried out by political means.

I put forth the idea that there are 5 basic things men will fight and die for. Just about everything can be lumped into one or the other: Their God, their family, their country, their wealth/land and their freedom.

To gain control of a nation, which would mean the destruction of America as we know it, these things would have to be ruthlessly attacked and either outright destroyed or diminished to non significance. If we look at what has been happening for several decades, and is continuing at a progressively increasing pace, it is obvious that all of these things are being systematically attacked and destroyed or diminished to the point that we are quickly becoming a third world hell hole dictatorship.

Achieving these goals necessitates that a significant percentage of the population think alike, independent thinking is a hindrance to the powers that be. First, God has to go. Not only does God give wisdom to people, but also those unalienable rights that are laid out in our Constitution. Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, not to mention an absolute morality that holds people accountable for their life decisions. A nation of people that fears God and holds him dear will never be taken over without bloodshed. A LOT OF BLOODSHED. Typically, revolutionaries are in the minority so they don’t want to face a nation of people, especially armed people who will fight to the death for their God.

And who are the God haters in America? Who has removed him from our school houses, courthouses and statehouses and every other public place?? We know who they are, and so do they do so let’s just call Libs who they are, they aren’t ashamed or embarrassed by what they’re doing, let’s not ignore the 800 pound gorilla in the country.

As the thread progresses, we’ll look at each of these things under attack and the results these attacks are having and what the end game is going to look like if they achieve their goal.

Their secular war on Christ is a great place to start since he holds all the rest together…

Just because people don’t have the same religious beliefs you have, doesn’t mean the destruction of the nation is nigh.

We have many religions in the US. Everyone doesn’t have to believe the same as you. Not even Christians are in agreement about some of your morals. Look at the Episcopalians, and other Christians on the left.

You are in luck; this war on religion that you reference is a war of words. And in this country you can freely make your case.

But remember: you must also reckon with the bigotry, intolerance, and hypocrisy that comes with American Christianity. The same things that drive people away.

Good luck :+1:

Have you ever had someone knock on your door and ask you to stop believing in God? I’m so sick of the double standard that Christians get to evangelize their faith at every opportunity, but non-believers are shamed whenever they dare express their feelings.

Want to know why people are turning away from Christianity? Because they have been waiting 2,000 years for a certain somebody to return and he never does. We have been hearing that the apocalypse is right around the corner for over a century, and it hasn’t happened yet.

You might be right that Americans need to live by a more moral code. But in my opinion, its foolish for people to turn to religions like Christianity, Islam, Judaism, or Hinduism that are obviously false. People should turn to alternative placels. Personally I think Deism is appealing, but they’re aren’t really any texts or morals associated with it now. God created us but has no control of our lives.

Optrader never mention “Christian”. He said “their God”. That could be any theistic worldview.

Did you miss the part where he mentioned the Secular war on Christ?

Their secular war on Christ is a great place to start since he holds all the rest together…

Apparently, I did. My bad.

Might wanna read up on the definition of the word Bigot. 90% of the time the person using the word is the bigot in the conversation.
