A lot of people seem to be missing the broader point here. Whether intentionally or not remains unclear. The power of hindsight allows us to see the different variables that made up the election season and the impact of the Russian attack on those variables.
And how these attacks defined key events, like the debates or targeted GOTV efforts in the Blue Wall States. How the media was complicit in the way they defined coverage of the Wikileaks releases. Things like that.
No one is claiming there is proof that vote tallies were changed. But when you look at the broader picture and see that only 80,000 votes across three states decided the election, it is easy to see how these actions by Russia did actually impact the overall outcome of the election.

You guys scream fake news and it’s alleged effect on the electorate, google results, and Trumps polling numbers but when presented with a thesis that may be fake news can affect an election “Oh no people aren’t that stupid”

They are not missing the broader point. Mr Trump won because he was the best and Hillary sucked. That narrative cannot and will not be assuaged.

Betweem Seth Rich, Awan, birthers etc, to argue that nobody has to listen to trolls is laughable. Of course nobody has to but people clearly do.
Creeping Sharia, FEMA camps, bush suspending elections, Obama suspending elections, hyperinflation, imminent economic collapse of X becomes president.
It’s also an age thing. The older generation refuses to understand not only the prevalence of social media as a news source for many but also the fact that people treat their Facebook groups or even say political forum as a little neighborhood where they establish relationships with people whom they can and cannot trust. They echoe those with whom they agree and disregard the other but yeah trolling and fake news and disinformation totally can’t affect us right…

Yep. You nailed it. It is a shame we cannot have intelligent, thoughtful discussions around here in this day and age. Everything dealing with the cult devolves into a debate over reality.
and child sex stuff in pizza places.
There’s zero evidence to suggest the Russians had anything to do with the debates or that anything they did changed even a single person’s vote or that they had any impact on the vote at all.
Losing the popular vote. Investigations into collusion and obstruction. And now this. That’s a big-time ego killer.
You proved my point perfectly. Thank you.

Captcha…I am not a bot…Y or N…Please check one and only one.

Ahhhhhhhhh but what is the real definition of intelligent debate? I’ve found that Trump-haters and Trump supporters have very different ideas about what an intelligent debate looks like.
To who? Not even Trump’s most loyal sycophants called him endearing. What a pantload.
Remember, Hillary won the popular vote by millions. He was more “endearing” in the parts of the country he needed to win, but to claim that either won because of who they were as people really reeks of partisan fumes.
On this topic it is not debate, it is discussion. Discussion regarding the countless probabilities and possibilities that changed a multitude of variables as they related to the 2016 election with respect to Russia’s attack and the influence they had on the process.

Endearing had a sarcastic entender in it.
More of a damning take on Clinton, than a sweet one on Trumpy.
He has grown on me since Nov 2016.

I would never claim that Democrats unfairly won the election because of media bias. Its still up to the voters to accept that bias or not. So your complaint is fake news.
You may not. There have been entire threads and copious article published on the subject. Your belief that voters don’t believe things they read on the internet is just that much nonsense. I gave you a pretty good go to list for things people believe despite the information being unverifiable
