Seems odd. My hometown in in PA and they have thrown the doors wide open to any immigrant, legal or illegal. You’d think all the illegals being bussed in would have Delta raging all through the state.

An increase in bird depletion may be caused by a surge in people in certain areas abandoning their pets in the wild. Another cause in other areas may be a reduction in mustelid control expenditure.

The fact that the cause in area two is mustelid control reduction does not disqualify thsecause in area one being pet cat abandonment.
